This will consist of some of my favorite poems about angels that we have in our collection.

Little One-Winged Angels

Yesterday I looked into my heart... And I found you. Your eyes seemed sad and they reminded me of how painful this life can be. I allowed a gentle breeze to whisper my faith in you.

I invited a ray of warm sunshine to brighten your path. I called upon nature and silently murmured, "Someone I love, needs you." I summoned this little one-winged angel and cried "Look, my friend is broken." Little one-winged angels....they understand human hurts to well.

Last night, I looked into my heart.. And I found you. Your eyes radiated warmth and confidence. I felt peaceful as if a summer breeze had caressed my face. I breathed in the quiet contentment that only nature can offer. And you fall back into the arms of this little one- winged angel. Little one winged- angels...They do understand human hurts so well don't they?

Each day now, I look into my heart, I find the place where you were..It is a place no one else will ever occupy. I saw you this morning as new dawn broke through a feathered sky. I felt you as I watched the sun open the petals of a single white rose. I breathed in the scent of pine and spearmint and I reconized you again. With childlike delight...I blew a tiny kiss to this little one-winged angel. After all....Little one-winged angels.....They do understand human hurts so well.

Angels Are the guardians of hope and wonder, the keepers of magic and dreams.

Angels watch over you wherever you go, keeping each day perfect and promising a bright new tomorrow.

The motto of all angels is "it's awonderful life."

Wherever there is love; an angel is flying by.

Angels help you carry the ball, carry a tune, carry your weight and carry on!

Your guardian angel knows you inside and out and loves you just the way you are.

Angels keep the world safe for hummingbirds and butterflies and rainbows in Spring.

Angels keep it simple and always travel light.

Angels love whispering secrets and whistling in the dark.

Whenever you hear music, an angel is speaking to you.

Remember to leave space in your relationship so the angels have room to play.

Your guardian angel helps you find a place when you feel there's no place to go.

Keep a spare angel in your pocket.

Angels carry high-beam lights to help you through the darkest hours.

Whenever you feel lonely, a special angel drops in for tea.

Angels know that love is the only four letter word.

We are always "angels on call" for a friend.

Everytime you hear a bell ring, another angel gets his wings.

Angels are with you every step of the way and help you soar with amazing grace.

After all, we are angels in training; all we have to do is spread our wings and fly.

God Sent Angels

When you rise each day, with so much to do,

There is an angel watching over you.

It's hard to live in a world filled with pain,

To see the suffering, yet, still try to gain

Strength, when you feel so alone.

God looked and saw all the heartache below.

He asked some special little angels to go

Bring us comfort, and to help where they can.

The angels agreed, and so grew this plan,

That no soul ever be left alone.

God watched the angels from Heaven, and smiled

As He saw them helping each little child.

The plan worked well. God decided to keep

Guardian angel in the world. So sleep,

And be at peace. You're never really alone.

Guardian Angels

I want to see all the suffering end

Before my life slips away.

Perhaps, I will, if God will extend

My time for one more day.

There's so much more left to do,

So much more I wish I had done....

God sees, and He knows it's true,

That our work has just begun.

God has given us a precious gift,

And I've learned so very much.

My heart was given such a lift,

From an angel's gentle touch.

Angels watching over me,

And they're watching over you.

At times, it is plain to see,

That they help in all we do.

So when you feel so all alone,

And your heart is weary, too,

This one thing can be known:

That an angel watchesover you.

Life on earth will not last,

A change will soon take place.

Our existence here will be our past,

And we'll find the joy of God's grace.

There is no time set for life to end,

So if I should go ahead of you,

I'll be your guardian angel then,

To watch over all the things you do.

The battles are not fought alone.

The pain does not belong to you.

The angels have always known,

And they are there, to see you through.

Little Angels

When God calls little children

to dwell with Him above,

We mortals sometime question

the wisdom of His love.

For no heartache compares witH the death of one small child

Who does so much to make our world,

seem wonderful and mild

Perhaps God tires of calling

the aged to his fold,

So He picks a rosebud,

before it can grow old.

God knows how much we need them,

and so He takes but few

To make the land of Heaven more beautiful to view.

Believing this is difficult stil

somehow we must try,

The saddest word mankind knows

will always be"Goodbye."

So when a little childdeparts,

we who are left behind

Must realize God loves children,

Angels are hard to find.
